Our Team
Our founders, Corey Griffith and Stefan Napp often talked about building their dream garages, and after Stefan built his, they realized there weren’t many resources out there for people who wanted their garage to be as thoughtfully designed as the rest of their home.
So they decided to build the solution themselves.
Corey Griffith
Corey didn’t set out to join the design world—but after stepping into the role of Director of Operations at his wife’s interior design firm, Oasis Home Collective, something clicked.
Known for his analytical mind, approachable nature, and attention to detail, Corey brings clarity to complexity and connection to every collaboration. He’s often described as the guy everyone knows—even if he’s not front and center. His design perspective leans bold and moody, but he’s a natural at adapting styles to fit each space and client. Whether he's mapping out a process, guiding a design direction, or simply finding the best solution in the moment, Corey keeps things moving with purpose—and a bit of quiet confidence.
Stefan Napp
Stefan is a builder at heart—and not just in the metaphorical sense. With a decade of experience as a mechanical engineer and a passion for functional design, he brings strategic thinking and technical precision to every garage concept. From designing his own dream workshop from the ground up to optimizing full facility layouts, Stefan knows how to turn complex spaces into streamlined, purpose-built environments.
For Stefan, a well-designed garage is all about flow and function—where everything has its place and no square foot is wasted. His personal garage is where he builds, works, and hangs out with friends—exactly the kind of experience he loves creating for others.
KIMBERLY Griffith
Kim brings over a decade of experience in the interior design and renovation industry, specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, and highly detailed residential interiors. As the Founder and Creative Director of Oasis Home Collective, she has led projects ranging from large-scale renovations and new builds to cabinetry planning, finish selections, construction documentation, and furnishing coordination. Her experience working closely with contractors, builders, and homeowners has given her a strong understanding of both the creative and technical sides of the design process.
At Kaizen Garage Studio, Kim leads the Interiors Division, focusing on the kitchens, bathrooms, lounge spaces, and living areas that complete the car condo experience. Her role centers on creating functional, thoughtfully designed interiors that support entertaining, gathering, and everyday use while ensuring each space feels cohesive with the overall vision of the property.
