Our Process

Stage 01

TELL US ABOUT YOUR SPACE:
Fill out a short project form with your square footage, vehicle count, and what you want the space to do.
If you have photos or measurements, even better. If not, we'll guide you through getting what we need.
We send you simple instructions for scanning your space with your iPhone or iPad. Most clients complete it in under 15 minutes. No experience needed.
Stage 02

30 MINUTE KICK-OFF CALL:
We talk through your goals, your aesthetic, your vehicles, and anything you've seen that you love or want to avoid. This is where the design direction gets set.
Stage 03

We do our thing:
We design your space and produce multiple photorealistic ray-traced views showing the full layout, finishes, and spatial flow. You'll see your actual space, not a generic example.
Stage 04

Review & Refine:
You review the rendering, we make your revision round, and you walk away with a clear picture of your finished space.
Use it to guide your contractor, shop for products, or decide whether to upgrade to a full design package.
STAGE 05

Special Delivery:
With the design finalized, it's time for delivery. You'll receive a private cloud folder containing your complete design package, including multiple high-resolution renderings and product information curated specifically for your project.

Absolutely, and this is one of the most common ways we work. You scan the unit with your phone, submit the file, and we design the full interior from anywhere in the country. The rendering gives you and your installer a precise, shared picture of the finished space before any work begins.
The rendering gives contractors a strong visual reference for scope and intent. If you need dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and full material specs for formal bidding, our Design + Plans package adds all of that and is the right next step after your rendering.
No. If you have an iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or an iPad Pro from 2020 or newer, you already have a LiDAR sensor built in. Most clients finish in under 15 minutes with no prior experience. If you do not have a phone or iPad that is compatible we will provide an alternative way to provide measurements.
Yes—for clients who want a more hands-off experience, our Full Service Design includes sourcing, builder communication, and design oversight throughout the entire project. We’re involved every step of the way to ensure it’s executed just as intended.
Our renderings are ray-traced, which means they simulate real lighting, material texture, and spatial depth. They look like finished photography, not diagrams. The finished space won't be pixel-perfect identical, but the design intent, layout, and materials will match what you approved.
One revision round is included in every rendering package. We take your feedback, update the design, and deliver the refined version. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
