The Design + Plans Only service is for clients who want a complete, well-thought-out garage or car condo design they can confidently hand off to a contractor or installer. This package builds on the visual clarity of 3D renderings and adds technical planning, layouts, selections and documentation needed to execute the project correctly.
It’s ideal for clients who already have a builder, want to manage construction themselves, or are planning a future build and need accurate drawings to move forward without guesswork. Available for local & distance clients.
Our Full-Service Design offering is a turnkey solution for clients who want their garage, car condo, or workshop fully designed, sourced, and guided from concept through completion. This service is best suited for local projects where hands-on involvement, coordination, and accountability matter.
We manage the design details, product sourcing, and project coordination so you don’t have to juggle decisions, vendors, installers, or timelines. The result is a highly functional, automotive-focused space delivered with clarity and confidence from start to finish.
