DESIGN + PLANS ONLY

The Design + Plans Only service is for clients who want a complete, well-thought-out garage design they can confidently hand off to a contractor or installer. This package builds on the visual clarity of 3D renderings and adds technical planning, layouts, selections and documentation needed to execute the project correctly.

It’s ideal for clients who already have a builder, want to manage construction themselves, or are planning a future build and need accurate drawings to move forward without guesswork. Available for local & distance clients.

  • Detailed measurements, photos, and inspiration

  • Multiple 3D rendered views of the design

  • Dimensioned floor layouts, elevations, and design plans

  • Cabinet, storage, flooring, lift, electrical, and zone planning as applicable
