3D renderings

See your garage before a single dollar is spent on installation. Our 3D Rendering service turns your space, your ideas, and your wish list into a photorealistic design you can actually react to. Perfect for car condo owners, remote clients, and anyone who wants total clarity before committing to a full design and build.

YOUR SPACE. IN 3D.

Most garage projects go wrong before they start. Not because of bad contractors or wrong products. Because no one ever showed the owner what the finished space was going to look like.

You end up making 50 small decisions on the fly, none of them connected to each other, and the result feels scattered. The cabinetry color clashes with the flooring. The lighting is fine but not great. The layout works, but it wasn't designed around your specific cars and the way you actually use the space.

A 3D rendering fixes this at the front end, not the back end. You see the space completely finished before anyone picks up a tool. You can react, adjust, and refine until it's exactly right. Then you build with total confidence.

What’s Included

Everything included in your 3D Rendering package:

  • 30-minute virtual kickoff call

We learn your space, your vehicles, your workflow, and what matters most to you before we design anything.

  • Multiple photorealistic ray-traced renderings

Not flat floor plans or rough sketches. Fully realized 3D images that show cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and spatial flow as they will actually look.

  • Layout and flow planning

Every rendering is built around how you actually use the space, not a generic template. Vehicle positions, workflow zones, and storage placement are all considered.

  • One round of design revisions

You see the design, you react, and we refine. One revision round is included so the final result is yours, not ours.

  • Optional product purchasing

If you want to move forward with the products specified in your rendering, you can purchase them directly through Kaizen Garage Studio at design-verified quantities.

WHO IT’S FOR

CAR CONDO OWNERS

You just bought a unit and you're staring at bare concrete. You know what you want it to feel like but you can't picture how to get there. We show you exactly how it looks before you spend a dollar on buildout.

REMOTE CLIENTS

You're planning a garage or workshop from out of state. You can't walk the space with a contractor. A detailed 3D rendering gives you and your local installer the same picture, so nothing gets lost in translation.

REMODEL PLANNERS

You have a working garage but it has never been right. Before you commit to a full remodel, you want to see the finished version. The rendering is the validation step that makes every decision after it easier.

NEW BUILD CLIENTS

You're building a home, barndominium, or workshop from scratch. You have a contractor but no one on the team is focused on the garage. We design it in 3D so it gets the same attention as the rest of the build.

Our Process

From first call to final design—here’s how we bring your garage to life.

Turn around time:  Your renderings delivered within 14 days of the Kick-Off Call.
