The Warehaus presented a unique challenge: designing a space that needed to function as far more than vehicle storage. The client envisioned an environment that could serve as an office, showroom, storage facility, and gathering place, all while showcasing a collection that includes a Ferrari 458 Spider, multiple Porsche 911 Turbos, Corvettes, and other enthusiast vehicles.
To help bring that vision to life, we developed multiple SwissTrax flooring concepts and entertainment layouts, allowing the client to compare different approaches before committing to a final direction. Each layout explored how vehicles could be displayed while maintaining comfortable circulation and seating arrangements for events with more than 50 guests.
Beyond the design phase, our involvement extended into product procurement and implementation support. Because the client planned to install the flooring themselves, we provided detailed documentation and guidance for executing the custom SwissTrax pattern, ensuring the finished result matched the design intent. The combination of visualization, planning, and implementation support helped transform a complex concept into a space that balances automotive passion, business functionality, and hospitality.
